Do You Charge Late Fines?Nope!...But…

● All materials are billed at 4 weeks overdue. $40+ replacement fee for Goddard and $50+ for ILL … plus $20 processing fee.

● Goddard billed materials are not refundable after a year & not after 6 months for ILL.

● The processing fee is non-refundable.

LIFE HAPPENS - If an item is lost or damaged, tell us right away. We’ll work with you to replace it so it can be available for use again. It’s only a problem if you don’t work with us to solve it.
