What are your goals and ambitions?Perhaps you have family or educational goals and ambitions

Example : My goal is to become a school teacher. I also have another ambition to be an events manager in the future

Here are some answers• In the future I dream to live in a mansion and this is my goal.• My main ambition is to buy a sports car in red.• My goal at the moment is to become good at making pancakes.• I have enough ambition to travel the World.

What will you do to achieve your goals and ambitions?There are some things that we need to do in order to achieve our goals and ambitions.

What effort will you go to , to ensure you achieve your goal or ambition?

• Example:

• I want to be a school teacher therefore I need to complete teacher training at university and once this is completed I can apply for school teacher jobs

2) Write down your answers

Here are some answers• My ambition to be a doctor can only happen once I have

done 5 years of professional practice.• I want to get married so I need to save up for a lovely

wedding• I want to own a dog so I must move to a house with a

garden so that there is room for the dog to play.

Get your English thesaurus ( available online )

Using the thesaurus look for the words Goal & Ambition.

3) List the synonyms that you can find

Using your new vocabulary4) Replace the words goal and ambition with any of your newly discovered synonyms.

Write in full sentences.
