There are various ways for leadership training to practice the student.

1. How can you help the students to develop their leadership training?

Today in society, people tend to study with various method through the touch of modern technology by using power point presentation, interpersonal communication and leadership activities which is essential to build their self-esteem.

2. What are the possible knowledge that participants could acquire through joining this training?

It is involved curricular as part of the innovation of computers but the leadership skill is not enough to take in school because it is limited. Although we have the extra curricular credibility in school but is not enough to practice the student what the leadership training.

3. What will be the possible outcome of these training?

It will enhance the form of basic foundation of leadership, that will lead every students to improvement better their skills and knowledge to bring out excellence and to become a good leader.

4. What the leadership training is all about?

Leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.

•Interact with the social problems or and figure out the answer.•The best way to become a good leader.•How to solve necessary aspect between the leader and the member.•Create a team building.
