• Developed mission and strategic plan with extensive community involvement

• Realigned all professional development to support the “excellence and equity” theme of the district mission.

• Led district through approximately 5 million dollars in budget reductions without cutting teaching positions or student programs.

• Worked with site principals to create systems of student intervention based on the “Response to Intervention” model.

• Oversaw completion of 200 million dollar bond program.
