Gandhi)• Find followers’ positive strength / support• Verify the above regularly• Measure the time from ‘decision to action’• Ask “how did you do that” ?• Support every act till it reaches steady• Make the above into process & procedure

• Record commitments made to all stakeholders• Track the achievement every week• Make smaller commitments• Recognize all who met their commitments• Celebrate the completions
