STEPS:

The Parts are brought in the assembly unit

There are two stages i.e. Manual and Automated Assembly

In Manual Assembly Unit starter motor, assembly unit, rotor etc parts have to assemble manually

So while assembling these parts proper attention should be given on the alignment as like the Gravity Directional Parts should be assembled keeping in mind with the vertical and horizontal axis

Process for Manufacturing a Generator

If these Parts are not aligned properly, then the process

will stop there which is an application of Poka-Yoke

Without the accurate implementation of these parts system doesn’t go forward due to the presence of an error

And by removing these errors further process will be done

Conclusion: In lean manufacturing process Poka-Yoke is used by the

manufacturing sector to avoid Human Made errors and also to ensure security for customers as well.
