Develop a maturity and understanding that sometimes you need to be in the chorus rather than out front, to win.
To create leaders of change, you cannot leave it to chance. The effort has to be directional and deliberate….we need to learn how to lead and be fully involved in self-evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure the right management capacity of staff.
