It will be divided into three parts from preparation to end
1. Advertisement of Campaign
2. Promotion of Campaign
3. Execution of Campaign
Proposal of Sealed Air 50th Anniversary
Advertisement of Campaign (execution time: July 15th )
Step 1 To shoot a video of wrapping a piece of glass by Sealed Air product, throwing it on the ground as heavily as we can and unwrapping the bubble wrap to show the glass is unbroken.
Step 2 To upload the video on “Youtube”, Facebook” or other free social networks.
Step 3 To promote Free Marathon registration ; click “like”, “share” or “leave a comment”. (Quota: 1000 people)
The purpose of the first part
In order to strengthen the image of Sealed Air product, we adopt a practical way to prove how good Sealed Air product is. By way of doing so, we introduce a big campaign we are about to hold and award a special benefit to those who care and help spread Sealed Air advertisement. Also, according to the research about Taiwanese joining big campaign, we found the participation of marathon campaign is highest; therefore we can utilize it to make more people get together.
Promotion of Campaign (execution time: August 1st )
Step 1 To hold a press conference of wrapping a dragon statue made from glass by Sealed Air product and putting it in a box carefully.
Step 2 To hire several marathon athletes to carry the box to run a relay race of a circle of Taiwan.
Step 3 to hold a press conference again to show the statue is not broken and to welcome everyone to join the marathon activity.
Step 4 To inform audience details about the campaign in the press conference and to upload the process of their game on some famous social networks.
The purpose of the second part
Besides telling audience how good Sealed Air product is, we have to promote the campaign. More importantly, we utilize a game to make audience keep noticing our campaign without any intervals. Then, we display the game on the net to help audience review it so as to raise their zeal every day until the campaign starts.
Execution of Campaign (execution time: October 13th )
Step 1 To invite the president of Sealed Air to deliver a short speech and announce the marathon starts.
Step 2 To set up many game stands for those completing the marathon to play alone or with family and friends. (like squeezing bubble wrap, playing bubble wrap crash, and so on)
Step 3 To hold a small exhibition of history Sealed Air corporation.
Step 4 To hire many dancers wearing T-shirt printed Sealed Air logo to perform dance or invite audience to get on the stage to play some games with them.
Step 5 To provide free bubble tea for everyone joining this campaign and to present tattoo stickers and balloons printed the name of this campaign.
Step 6 To announce the top three of marathon the to invite two celebrities and the president of Sealed Air to reward them.
Step 7 To hold a bonus time for answering to the quiz about Sealed Air and then to call it a day.
Step 8 To ask for all staff to recover the placement with the cleaners hired.
The purpose of the first part Besides carrying out the main activity, we set up many games to help people remember Sealed Air and provide free bubble tea which can make people connect bubble wrap. In order to make the atmosphere happier, we hire dancers to accompany those joining our campaign. Also, we use stickers and balloons to promote our campaign. Even if some of joiners go home, they help us tell people about the campaign without knowing. Next, we create a bonus time to thank for people remembering Sealed Air history. In the end, we will make good example in public so all staff have to clean the placement after the campaign is over.
