To encourage children’s schooling, JAAGO provides meals for her students and distributes ½ kg rice among them to take home everyday.

On one of his surveys in Bangladesh he was working with a group of children and near the end of the day, as he began to leave, all the children gathered around to say goodbye. He got to know, these boys and girls, from age’s 3 years old and up, were from the streets and garbage dumps. There was none to feed or take care of them. Then he thought of doing something for these kids.

What is sponsorship?A sponsor is a person who provides financial support for education, food, clothing, medical support and Day Care Centre.

What does it cost?Sponsorship cost per child is of BDT 12,000 annually or monthly installments of BDT 1000.
