Opening comments were made by Mary Colf, IU9 Executive Director

Institute participants were welcomed by Jenny Lent, IU9 Director of Curriculum, Technology and Resources

Area educators packed the Smethport High School auditorium for the opening ceremony.

IU9 Directors and staff were in attendance.
