First of all you must have a passions.Employ must have a sense of observation because observation teaches him everything.

Employ have to follow his leaders ultimately he will become a leader.

Expectation for Juniors He said to me, “Expectation is always hearts you”

Then any juniors do not work properly then you tell them for his mistake and solve the mistake by kindly and happily.

So then all juniors support you and no any problems with the juniors.
