Tasmiyah

The Tasmiyah should be recited in every Rakah before star ng to recite

Al Fa hah. Be sure to keep your eyes towards the prayer carpet and

keep your thoughts only on Allah. If you feel yourself being distracted

stop for a moment, and put your thoughts back towards Allah then

begin again.
