Orthopraxy vs Orthodoxy

Orthopraxy emphasizes on correct moral or liturgical behavior . Orthodoxy emphasizes on correct belief of the Holy Trinity.

Muslims are expected to surrender their religious faith by obeying the law of God.

Sharia is the fundamental basis of being a Muslim faithful.

There is no room for argument concerning the existence or the nature of God.



There is strict adherence to the correct action.The basic confession of faith is "There is no god but

God, and Mohammed is the messenger of God". Individuals are bound to believe in a supreme God

and the prophet of Islam is the link between belief and practice.

Teachings by Prophet Mohammed are the basis of determining the correctness of an action.

The Holy Book sets the new laws.



The teachings are ideal on stressing the importance of the correct action.

The basic tenement of Islam is never to affirm, but actualize the actions.

Islam has five pillars.Law in Islam is common to everyone across the globe,

but it is democratic. Sharia law defines the morally of accepted actions.The Islamic law is a social blueprint that helps all

Muslims to conduct themselves.

because it lacks institutionalized clergy. The Islamic Sharia law and the five pillars of Islam are

the fundamental doctrines of faith practiced by all Muslims.
