Her parents were Juan II of Castile and Isabel of Portugal.Se was born in Madrigal de las Altas Torres (Ávila), the 22th April of 1451 in Holy Thursday.Her name is Isabel I of Castile

Two years later her brother Alfonso was born, of the previous marriage of his father had a brother called Enrique IV king of Castile before Isabel.

They tried to married her lots of times but finally she got married with ferdinand, but there was a problem, they were second cousins they need a papal bull that fough them from the blood tie. The pope didn´t sign it. The bull was counterfeit and the 19th October of 1469 they got married.

This marriage cost a showdown between Isabel and her step brother, the king Enrique IV and he stopped to talk her

In 1471 the pope Sixto IV emited the call Bull of Simancas that fought them from the blood lie. To the princes Isabel and Ferdinand give religious validity to the marriage.

In exchange of this bull they had to give the city of Gandia to Pedro Luis.

Isabel was queen of Castile since 1474 to 1504. She was the queen consort of Sicily since 1469 and of Aragon since 1479.

She had 4 daughters and 1 son. She died the 26th November of 1504 with 53 years. Probably due of uterine cancer. Lefting the kingdom to his daughter Juana.
