Croissant is a French word that we use in the English language. It is a French food which is normally ate at breakfast. It is made from flour and is a delicious treat
Beef- boef
When the Normans took over in 1066 the word beef became English in around 1068. It turns out the French spelt it as boef instead of beef.
Bacon
Another word that came to the English from the French around the same time as beef is bacon the same it is a meat but it although comes from pigs it looks like a pieces of bent paper.

The word cafe comes from the French word Cafe which is a small shop which sells coffee and tea normally you can get hot chocolate and biscuits.

Restaurant comes from the French it is the same word and mean the same. A restaurant is a place where you can buy food and treats.

A sheet of paper used to order food or things e.g. in restaurants airplanes hotels ect.

A dance performed in a theatre or on a stage and usually performed wearing special shoes and a dress known as a leotard.

A collage is a mash of different colours or pictures to create a bigger picture collages can be any shape or size you can use any colours.

Renault is a huge car company they make lots of cars in every shape and size the of Renault is a rich and one of the founder was a wealth man his name is Louis Renault.
