Interview Research

I read these interviews because they were in the pop music genre.

After doing research into interviews and how to write them, I found

that the style of interview I am going to use is a question and

answer style interview. I found these common conventions and ideas

that would make a successful interview:

•There is the name of the artist seen at the top of the page in the title with the name being linked to what is inside the actual interview.•There is the stand first seen underneath the title which briefly explains the content of the article/interview.•The interview usually looks like a transcript.•There should be a topic on which the interview in genuinely focussed for example the artist’s new album. •The target audience and the genre need to be kept in mind. For example a pop music magazine has the artist’s dialects as very cheerful talkative.•The opening paragraph (if there is one) should be something which will grab the reader’s attention.•The actual body of text is revolved normally revolved around gossip or the artist’s career.
