social innovation projects across the Asian region. Have a Taste: a discovery and sharing platform focusing on

the experiences of “doing social good”. IT Helps HK: a platform to help charities and NGOs manage

their IT-related information.  Apparatus: an attempt to allow citizens to voice their

complaints about an organization in Hong Kong.
