International Career Advancement Program Fosters Diversity

Founded as a vehicle to encourage greater diversity in leadership positions, the International Career Advancement Program is hosted by the University of Denver and the Aspen Institute providing a variety of programs for individuals involved in international public and private-sector careers. Many programs and events are designed to help minority groups achieve positions throughout the public sector, as well as in international careers. Ultimately, ICAP desires to mentor minorities in order to help them reach leadership positions in those areas.
