Login in to your account with your current Username
and Password.
Click on the Contacts Tab.
Now, click Get Neighborhood Data button.
Not already a Cole customer? Fill out the information including credit
card info and get an account now!

Fingertip Prospecting
Upon integration, you’ll enter into
Cole Realty Resource
homepage. Start searching NOW!

To search, add the required information like house number,
street name and state. Less is more, so omit words like street, avenue or
circle.

Based off the address, our product will hit upon a lead(s) in our
database. Select the lead and choose what type of search you’d like to conduct: Street, Radius or Map
Search.

Use Freeform Plotting and with
your mouse, create pinpoints
on the map around your
customer. Then click on the View
Available Prospects button to get your lead
list.

Download your leads by choosing all records, current page/pages and the Vulcan 7 download format. Then hit
the Download button.

Once you see your leads have downloaded successfully into your
Vulcan 7 Account, minimize your Cole Realty screen and maximize your
Vulcan 7 screen.

Hit Refresh or your Contacts tab again and your imported list will show up. Your list will be named as Neighborhood Data or the search you conducted in
your Cole Realty Resource account (i.e. Renters , Aerial or Directory searches) and the date stamped.
