Course Description• The Development of Effective Classroom Instructors course is a training program designed to provide basic classroom instruction skills, classroom management, and lesson planning techniques to new instructors. The program is designed to allow veteran instructors to work with new instructors on effective lesson delivery techniques, classroom management, and lesson planning. The class delivered over seven full 8 hour work days; allowing time for lecture, and time for each student to practice the skills learned. The course focuses on ways instructors can effectively collaborate with new and exciting teaching techniques, to drift away from the days of classroom lecture and boring multiple choice tests. The course will provide new and useful information to the new classroom instructors and remind the senior instructors of information and skills they have forgotten exists.
