Step by step

First look for the best position of the solar collector on the roof-as close as possible to the boiler for less piping where heat loss is possible-placed on the south side of the roof-best angle: 45°

Remove roof tiles and drill a hole in the isolation of the roof

Use a grinder to modify the roof tiles so the aluminum strip can pass

Bend the aluminum strip so the frame can be mounted on the roof

Connect the vertical aluminum bars with bolts

Mount the horizontal bars, the manifold and the tail stock with bolds

Screw the inox pipe to the manifold

Tube isolation of HT Armaflex through roof tile with air vent

Take off the cap and push the vacuum tube through the tail stock

Put heat conduction past on the copper end -for maximum heat exchange-to prevent leaks

Put the evacuated tubes in the manifold
