The process of translating an idea or invention into a service that

creates value. Innovation involves deliberate application of

information .imagination and initiative in deriving greater or

different values from resources and includes all process by which

• ideas are converted and generated into useful products

-Creativity may be integral and also defined as the ability or

eapacit> of a person to discover and explore new areas to create

a new process , including the re arrangement of what already

exists .To the scientists creativity is the ability to explore and

discover dynamic methods of teaching learning.

effectively. Through innovative teacher presents the lesson very

.lively before students. Here I presented the lesson "The Mice

That Set The Elephant Free" in the form of picturisation. Through

picturisation pupils gets a clear idea of the story. It helps the

stadents to learn the lesson very effectively and interestingly.

x this work is very helpful to the students to learn the story

easily.It is very useful to increase students interest and they listen

rery carefully. The role of innovative work is very important in

English language education. Students got a clear idea and they

didn't feel any confusion to understand the story. This innovative

C O N C L U S I O N

Innovative work creates interest among the students and it also

helps them to learn a lesson very interestingly. Here I converted the

story in the form of picturisation. It helps the students to learn the

fable easily. It helps to arise new ideas among students so teaching

learning process innovative work is important in language

learning. In teaching learning process the role of innovative work

is very helpful and effective.
