This initial short film idea is centered on ancient Greek tale of Icarus.

The modern interpretation will be based on main issues that original tale is questioning and rising. The moral of the story is still relevant nowadays. The contemporary interpretation can be applied to all aspects of our life: physical, mental, financial, social, emotional and spiritual.

My intention is to visually interpret element of labyrinth and well known quote: “Who flies high, falls low.”

In urban jungle, this traditional fairytale would present Red Riding Hood and the wolf in a completely contemporary way, through the story of good versus evil, which is still very relevant.

The main characters of this story will be updated, but the moral element of this tale would stay the same: The good always defeats the evil.

Misfortunate ChildMisfortunate Child Through the eyes of a ten year old girl, who has become just a number

on European borders with her parents, this short film would describe all the suffering of people during the wartime in their country, trying to save their lives, in a politically hectic atmosphere.

This chilling story would ask the questions about the social, political and cultural situation in which thousands of migrants found themselves, and would try to find the solution of the migrant crisis which shakes Europe.

Short three part tale portraying a heart breaking story of a family going through a painful breaking up, and eventual divorce, from the child’s point of view.

Initially in first part, we see snaps of a perfect family. In the second we see their emotional breakdown. In a concluding part we see impact of a divorce on a child's mental and emotional wellbeing.

Chat Mate Chat Mate

This potential short film storyline is loosely based and inspired by current worldwide problem concerning internet dating. The story follows two grown up characters, pretending to be teenagers, while chatting to each other on a dating website, unaware of each others fake identity, and with the similar sleazy hidden agendas.

Once they arrange to meet, the peak of the movie will be the shocking realization when they see through each others eyes the true and horrible face of pedophiles.

City and ICity and I As a genuine citizen of Belgrade, who treasures the vibe and atmosphere of

this remarkable city, in this short film, I will visually and metaphorically portrait the beautiful soul of my hometown.

While randomly capturing segments of city life within 24 hours, I will compose footage with narrating phrases, quotes, sayings, and opinions from people from different walks of life, who live and work, and same as me, adore this city.

With this poetic portrayal, people will reveal their own sides of Belgrade, not usually seen in any tourist promotional advertising.

A dark comedy following two families preparing to attend their fathers funeral. Once they enter the chapel, coming face to face, both families come to a startling revelation that they share the same husband and father.

As the city security cameras capture so many untold and interesting stories, this would be one of the million randomly selected stories.

Through city Security cameras, we follow two random people as they embark on a journey to blind date meeting point. Their paths will cross and interlace many times throughout the city, not being aware of each others existence, until they reach final destination, realizing that the faith finally joined them together.

JoyrideJoyride Option 1.

This is a slapstick comedy about a misfortunate person who rushes to catch a taxi ride, in order to pick up a package of unknown content, hoping to be pleasantly surprised. The moment he enters the taxi, he encounters the most hilarious journey, and taxi driver of his life. On top of all of that, when he reaches his destination, he is humorously let down by the content of the package.

Option 2

After good night out, on the way back home, two teenagers being worst for wear, decide to hitchhike. Few minutes later, as they entered the car, they are not aware that they will encounter the most horrifying racing journey to their home. At the end of the journey, they will realize the drivers true intentions to teach them a lesson to be more careful and cautious when they hitchhike and enter into a strangers’ car.

Lonely DinnerLonely Dinner

A heart warming human interest story about a person preparing a celebratory dinner with a clear expertise as well as passion and love for his guests. While setting up the table, we see him peeking through a window, expecting soon arrival of his guests. At the end, as the time passes by, we realize that nobody will come, and the main character starts the dinner, while serving and entertaining his imaginary guests.

Option 1

A heart warming drama about a person with split personality disorder who writes and posts letters and at the same time receives and reads the same. The plot of the story is not revealed until the end, because characters identities are concealed or portrait completely different. This story can be visually told through characters’ point of view perspective.

Option 2

This story will be filmed in a similar manner as the option one. A sad and heart broken widow writes letters to her deceased husband on a regular bases, hoping that eventually she will receive a reply.
