Understanding the perceptions of students regarding the effectiveness of technology use and their proficiency and knowledge of specific types of ICT tools are both influential and critical to the success or failure of integration of ICT in higher education settings. (Venkatesh, Croteau, & Rabah, 2014, p. 110).

Overview of the studyThe main goal of this study is to understand how technology affected or impacted classroom culture.We determined what makes up a classroom culture and how that environment is or is not conducive to learning, with an emphasis on the effect of technology.We identified the positive and negative aspects of classroom culture that lent themselves to the learning of technology in the post-secondary classrooms.

General MethodologyGathering research studies from a variety of educational and technology-focused databases using citation pearl growing (Rowley and Slack, 2004, p.35).Expert witnesses (Metcalfe, 2003)/cross-examine each study.The matrix method: compiling extensive amounts of studies (Goldman & Schmalz, 2004).

Results Technology has changed classroom culture in the terms of the four areas we investigated.Technology has positive impact on the four aspects of the classroom culturethe four areas are overlapping.
