INTRODUCTION to the site
In this project, we have to work in a group of 2 and find a 50x50m2 empty land to iniZate a small construcZon project. Our site is located in Jalan PJS 8/15 , Selangor . There are residenZal, shop lots, hotels , BRT staZon and railway , educaZon area , and tress around the site . There is electric tower in our site , so we have to propose a project which is 3m away from the electric tower .

Site Analysis
Our site is located in Jalan PJS 8/15 , Selangor . It is surrounded by residenZal area, commercial area , educaZon area. EXISTING STRUCTURE • There are two electric towers beside the site , and there is a small
guard house . SUNLIGHT • There is no roobop on it so the sun is sufficient throughout the day .
Wind DirecZon • It is windy and the wind direcZon comes from east south . CiculaZon • Our site is located next to the roads , residenZal area and
commercial area so the circulaZon of cars would be moving on the roads next to our site . There is also a new bus railway staZon around there . It is more convenient to people living around.
