Log on to the Winthrop System using your Winthrop ID and password.

Enter the five digit number you received in an email when you submitted your request. If you forgot your event number you can find it on the space calendar.

Lost your event number?

Until the event is approved it is in pink and you can find the number on the space calendar.

If the Building Coordinator has approved the space you generally have the space. There may be event logistic questions but you have the space. .

Requests approved based on venue and internal guidelines

Greek Life and Student Orgs approves based on nature of event and possible risk management concerns. May contact organization with additional questions before approving. Requests may be approved pending the organization provide additional information, as needed, before event. If not done, the event will be pulled and cancelled.

Once approved, request is posted to the master calendar. An email is sent to the contact person on the form with event details and any comments from approving individuals

Will contact organization if officers are required and may request a meeting to discuss the event

Things Not to Do!• Wait until the day before your event to double

check you have the space. • Check less then 48 hours after submitting your

request to see if it has been approved. • Send someone else from your group to check

on a space request. All set up details and changes to the event need to come from the individual who submitted the initial request.
