How to fill AIPMT 2016 Application Form?

Step wise step instructions to fill AIPMT 2016 Online application form

AIPMT 2016 Online Registrations begins from December 15, 2015

Last date to fill online application form without late fees is January 12, 2016

Last date to fill online application form with late fee is February 10, 2016

Online Application form includes 5 simple steps:

Registration Filling of Application Form Uploading Photograph, Signature and

Declaration form (AP, J&K and Telangana) Selecting the payment mode Generating and taking print out of

confirmation page

To start filling up online application form, go to www.aipmt.nic.in and click on New Registrations Tab

Step 1: Registration For registration purpose, candidates have to enter their

name, parent’s name, date of birth, mobile number, email id etc

Step 2: Filling of Application Form Fill all the credentials as asked in the

application form such as: Contact Details

Fill domicile, parents and academic detail as shown below:

Now fill qualifying examination details as shown under:

Candidates have to fill the state codes provided in the admission brochure

Select medium of question paper in which you want to appear in AIPMT 2016

Selection of Examination Centre: Candidates can select any of the three centres from the given list for appearing in AIPMT 2016

Create Password for Candidate login to generate confirmation Page

Candidates are advised to preview the filled information and check the particulars shown in red colour before the final submission.

Step 3: Uploading of Photograph, Signature and Declaration form Login through registration number and

password which has been created at the time of filling

Step 4: Mode of Payment The application fee can be paid either

online or offline. Please select any of the modes to pay the examination fee amount:

Candidates are advised to check their AIPMT 2016 registration number, name and account chosen before making the payment or generating bank challan

Step 5: Generating and taking print out of confirmation page After successful payment of AIPMT 2016 examination

fee a confirmation page will be generated. Take a print out of the confirmation page Candidates are advised to preserve the following

documents for future refernce:-AIPMT 2016 confirmation page-Proof of fee paid-5 or 6 copies of identical photograph uploaded-Copy of self-declaration for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Jammu & Kashmir

Syllabus Common syllabus notified by the Medical council of India. Generally, CBSE syllabus taught at 10+2 level

CBSE will conduct AIPMT 2016 on May 1 at 52 different cities for providing admissions to as many as 3500 MBBS and BDS seats in Government medical and dental colleges of India except institutions in Andhra Pradesh, Telanaga and Jammu and Kashmir under 15% All India Quota.
