Simple Network

Management Protocol is

called SNMP.

SNMP is a protocol to

communication method

network, and to control

it.

conforming to the SimpleNetwork Management

Protocol (SNMP) to pollthe agent programfunning in various

network devices. Whenthe agents reply, the

SNMP console programaggregates the

information and presentsit graphically.

managing the

network.
