How do 3-D Images work?
How does depth work?
• Using your eyes to combine the two images they see
3-D images can only work when each eye sees a slightly altered
image
How do we get our eyes to see different images?
How do the glasses work?
• Separate the images by filtering• Filter by color– Red– Blue
Making your own 3-D glasses
• Supply list– Cardboard for glasses– Red and Blue cellophane– Scissors– Tape
How do the images work?
• Two images– One for the left eye - red– One for the right eye - blue
• Exactly the same as the glasses!!!• The blue side makes the blue disappear - so all
you see is the red image in your right eye and Vice Versa
