  • Make your own choice
  • Practice through out your life
  • -ie: Move beyond rituals;
  • pray at a set time
  • Well-being

6. What should you do?

  • Checkyour belief system.
  • Ask yourself some powerful questions and most importantly, give yourself some honest answers.
  • Replacing your old belief

  • My goal is to find a religion .
  • Formy spiritual well-being.
  • In choosing my religion, I will consider my current belief system.
  • Check there are no conflicts
  • Adopt or reject
  • Does it serve me?
