Horse Assisted Education - what’s so special in the method?
You have your personal trainer - a horse!
Being with a horse requires courage, flexibility and openness
Method introduced in the USA 16 years ago
Adopted in Europe 12 years ago In Poland implemented in 2006
How does it work?
• Horse reveals your strengths and weaknesses – confront image of yourself and your effectiveness with the horse’s reactions
• The key factors are: awareness, trust, respect, determination to change and to rediscover your true nature
• Experience out of your comfort zone - it opens a space where, you can try out alternative behaviours to be established later as a norm
Why Horse-assisted Training is so powerful?
• While interacting with a horse you are given the immediate and clear feedback – the horse is like a mirror, in which you can see yourself
• Working with a horse helps you to understand the importance of internal integrity and clarity - the horse reacts not only to your behaviour but also to your hidden intentions and thoughts
• Experience is build on emotions that gives motivation to change later.
Cognitive process – experience, analysis, and practical findingsWorking with a horse is a metafor for challenges from business
and life reality, reflects the different aspects of problem solving – emotional, behavioral and cognitive ones.
Horses are able to feel the intentions, they are masters at non-verbal communication, they are delivering immediate feedback – they adapt behaviours to human attitudes and behaviours.
The participants can find parallel - discover their attitudes, patterns and strategies of behaviour in business and private
life, and assess their effectiveness.
Experiences from the workshops may serve as a hint which solutions are most effective for a particular individual and they can
provide directions for creating a plan of personal development.

What do the participants want to convey to others… ?
• I’d encourage everybody who wants to confront his own idea of his leadership style, patterns of behaviour with a „different reality” shown through the relation with a horse. Interesting method, a lot of surprises and very effective feedback.
• Working with horses reflects our interpersonal relations with others. It shows our strenghts and weaknesses. If you want to get to know whether you are manage your life or your life manages you, you should attend the workshop.
• You may know yourself better in an extremely sincere relation, without any pretentions. You learn to be flexible and accept the fact that different solutions may work.
Applied in business and private life...
Once again I’d like to thank for the possibility of taking part in the workshops – after those several days I can see its effectiveness and different ways to apply the experience in life and at work. The power of intention is my greatest discovery! Now I know that without a clear vision you are bound to lose – no matter how hard you try.
I tested my power of intention yesterday in court and a miracle occurred – a very complicated and difficult case, where there was no good will to reach agreement, ended in a settlement. It worked because I approached the matter with a strong intention to conclude the case successfully !!!!
