Today we are going to:

• Consider the different qualities that a hero has.

• Examine why we seek to create and celebrate heroes.

Take a few minutes to think about the qualities that you believe a hero has (e.g. bravery) and write them down.

Then write a list of people you think could be described as heroes (e.g. soldiers).
