This is a main cause of metal health issues because of teenagers ultimate dependence on the technologies that carry these social media applications.

them devices, you can restrict their social media usage (when they are around you) and you can spy on them all you want,
but they will never live in a world without the web."
Understanding that social media exposure is a large cause for mental
health allows individuals to understand how to deal with and prevent mental
health issues
Media outlets are a great way to share ones life, but we must take our mental health into account first.
