CONCLUSIONS According to the research results, pupils from Primary

School in Korczyn have got healthy habits.

Comenius project HETI made them aware that everyday habits have a big impact on their health.

Their diet includes healthy products like: fruit, vegetables and diary products.

Majority of them has breakfast and eats more than 3 meals a day.

They are physically active every day and they practice different types of sports.

However, they still spend a lot of their free time in front of TV, computers or phones.

To sum up: The ideas of a healthy lifestyle promoted by HETI should be present in our school all the time
