Disclosures (Criminal Records Checks) Under:

- Part 5 of the Police Act 1997

- Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000

- Home Office document “Safe From Harm”

- The Protection of Freedoms Bill - Part 5

The work / task has to be carried out at a ‘specified

establishment’, e.g. Schools, Hospitals, etc.

- ‘regularly’ (once a week or more); or

- on four days or more in a single month; or

- overnight between the hours of 0200 and 0600

So, may eliminate need for CRB checks in Rotary
