The Hatt Project
Wireframe
Elevator PitchWe are the Hatt Project and we are developing a mobile app to help homeless shelters give people hats who donate them through the Hatt Project.
The Basics- For hat lovers- Provides an easy way to donate to homeless
shelters- Also includes fun hat games/activities- Helps provide donations to shelters- To help people in need
Target AudiencePeople who live in the greater Seattle area and want to donate hats to people in need and maybe play a few fun games!
Many people want to help others but might not have an easy way to do this. Also, many people in Washington aren’t warm enough at night or during the day, and a hatt could greatly increase their warmth and comfort.
The Problem
Key Insights➢Our app makes it easy to donate hatts to
people in need at homeless shelters. ➢The number one thing we learned from user
interviews is that people want to help other people, but they might just not have an easy way to do it currently.

1. Maybe you could add more areas for people who want to do this but live outside of the greater Seattle area.
2. It’s not much of a problem; maybe later just add more zip codes.
3. Yes, very well thought out.
Interview Questions
1. What problems do you see?
2. What solutions do you suggest?
3. Are you happy with this solution?
DonationsThis is the donation page. Here, you can select your zip code and find the homeless shelters closest to you. Each shelter will have a link to their website (when applicable) and a number to call.
Make a Hatt!On the Make a Hatt page, you can follow steps to make your own hatt. There will be multiple kinds of hats to make. You can then donate the hat you made yourself to a person in need!
FeasibilityThis is a relatively simple app that should be easy to program. We have all learned through tutorials how to do everything we need.
In the Future...We will add more zip codes and homeless shelters so more people can contribute! We will also probably add more games. Also, if we receive comments/reviews, we will try to make changes based on those.
