The ArtistName: MyaStage presence: during the performance it is mainly POV of the artist and her friends and her stage presence is up close of her lip syncing the song.Suited to genre: the genre of the song is pop/dance, she portrays this when she is lip syncing and she is giving off the cool and edgy vibe. The pop genre comes off in the colours and the different locations that are used.

The ArtistMya is a 17 year old singer/songwriter. She is currently living in Essex but lived in Los Angeles until she moved with her parents when she was 10. She works with her two best friends who are her management team and you see them featured in the video.The artist takes inspiration from some of the locations she visited when she was in the US. Myas friends are a big part of her life so she wanted to make sure that they was incorporated into the idea of the song.

Music and the LyricsThe song is Love Now.

Music Video IdeaTo open it is a POV of the artist waking up and then getting ready to go out. To introduce the other characters, which are the friends, the artist will look at photos of them all together. Then she will put her shoes on and walk out of the door and get into the car to symbolise the meeting of the friends. It is then a day out in Southend on the pier. To break it up we have a time lapse to represent the change to night where we see them going to locations around London and then they are going to go late night swimming. Then to end it will be the friends walking away. As we need performance parts we are going to have the main artist cut up in sections of the video lip syncing the lyrics.

Music GenreThere is a clear brand image shown throughout the website and digipack as Mya is clearly a pop singer. This is shown by the choice of colours and photos we have decided to include. We have kept the silver/grey/black and white colour scheme throughout the different areas of the artist.

Unique Selling Point We consider MYA to be very edgy. MYAs style is very original compared to other artists. Other artists styles are very safe in a way where as MYA tries to look different to separate herself from other artists, she doesnt care was people think of her style.
