BRITISH CUSTOMS.For British people it’s very important to be puntual

at all hours They drink tea at 5:00 p.m, and they don’t like

drinking it at other times.When the British soldiers conquered Indians’

territory, they tried tea and they started to drink it. Then, when they arrived in Britain, they introduced tea as the national drink.

BRITISH CUSTOMS. Halloween is the most famous celebration in the

year for children. They love this custom because they like going out dressed up at night to ask for sweets or candies. If the people don’t want to give them, they make them scared.

BRITISH CUSTOMS.

In the UK, a very special day is Bonfire Night.It’s celebrated on the 5th November all years. It

represents how the bad people tried to blow up the Parlament. In their honour, they throw the fireworks.

The national sport is the cricket. British all love playing it with relatives and friends; but the British national team isn’t the best one. It’s Australia’s: they have won 4 consecutive years.

AMERICAN CUSTOMS. THANKSGIVING DAY

This day is celebrated on the last Thursday of November. It’s very important for American people because it’s a symbolic celebration and it represents the sacrifice that God made for them.

For a day as special as this, they eat turkey; the basic recipe also includes a blueberries sauce.

NEW YEAR FIREWORKSEveryone knows about New Year in New York. They

have lots of fireworks and firecrackers to celebrate this special day. Although in every parts of USA it’s very usual to celebrate New Year with these things, and gunpowder too.

The meals in USA are strong. In Texas, there are the typical “tex-mex” nachos. If you travel to Vermont, raspberry cake is the

best type of cake you could try. But if you are in South Dakota, the bushmeat is the

best food you can eat.

The most popular sports are rugby, baseball, hockey… As you can see, they love doing ball sports. All these sports came from one unique sport: basketball.

Basketball is one of the oldest sports in the world, and the people of the different states changed the rules until now, when all sports are played everywhere.
