Jan.1993: School of Management founded – the first University BS in RF (4 FT profs & 33 Bachelors; in cooperation w/Haas BS, UC Berkeley)

Jan.2007: reorganized into Graduate School of Management, SPbU (part of the National Priority Project in Education with the mission to become a world-class Russian business school)

Business model: semi-autonomous unit of the top national University- diversified portfolio of degree programs + non-degree ExecEd- multi-source financing: tuition, federal budget (20%),fundraising &endowment- governance: Dean elected, reports to SPbU Rector + Advisory Board
