RegistrationTo become a member of the Impact Challenges Network, you must be registered by an existing member.

This can be an administrator who registers you in an audience of their arena, or an individual who registers you in their personal arena.

Your sponsor first registers you using your current email address, first and last name and after that, the system generates your Member ID and a temporary password and sends you a Welcome Email.

If you are already a network member, you may be invited to join other arenas and audiences. This process will be covered in another tutorial.

Welcome EmailThe Welcome Email contains a number of important pieces of information:

Administrators email

Name of Arena

Player Member ID

Your email address

Your arena address

Entering the ArenaWhen you arrive at the log-in page for your arena, you need to enter your User ID and Password.

You can use either your registered email address or your Member ID for the User ID.

Your Welcome Email includes the temporary password which you can use to log-in to the arena.

Click the ‘Remember Me’ box to indicate that you want the browser to remember your details so that you don’t have to enter these again the next time you want to enter the arena.

Audience EmailYou will also receive an email the first time you are enrolled in an audience:

The Purpose of the audience

Your expected Role in the audience and your Enrolment Status

Audience EnrolmentsYou can manage all of your audience enrolments across the network using the Audience Review Page link on the Home Page.

To switch from active to inactive participation in an audience, click on the enrolment line and then click on the button to switch your status.

Note that you may not see a ‘My Audience’ button at the top of your page if you are not authorised to manage an audience.

Ready!

You are now ready to receive your first challenge.

You will receive an email and possibly an SMS message on your phone when a challenge is issued to you.
