type the email address of the person (recipient of your email)

Click SEND when you’re ready to SEND your email

6. Replying to an email

NOT finished? Choose SAVE DRAFT to finish it later.

Try changing the FORMAT of your text using the FORMAT toolbar.

7. Add New contact From an email you

have received

OR in

click NEW

8. Edit contact

• Click EDIT CONTACT to change or add information• Don’t forget to SAVE your new information by

clicking the SAVE button.

9. Delete old emails

Tick the email in your LIST, then

select DELETE

are viewing the email

10. Attach a document or photo

Then click on the photo

and choose the size you

want – this one is small

Click INSERT, select Photo Inline, then go find it and select it.
