Using principles in Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory and the bottoms-up management principle to design, distribute, and implement a visual poster guide can increase the frequency on-time homework completion in AIU by 100% in less than 30 days.

• The principle of bottom-up management claims that innovations are more successful if these originate from the user majority (Author, 0000, para. 00).

• In Week 2, the socialization stage, program goals can be explained and submitted for approval by AIU students who are considered as influencers (Author, 0000, para. 00).

• Benefits can help convince the influencers to distribute the posters (Week 3) and to implement the program (Week 4) (Author, 0000, para. 00).

Methodology

• This section contains a step-by-step instruction that others can follow to reproduce the same results.

• The steps clearly show how the proposed poster’s contents and design were planned, selected, and arranged. For example:

1. The ten areas in a hostel room that requires most attention will be identified.

2. A five-step cleaning & arrangement guide is formulated to fit the needs of these ten areas.

3. The five-step guide is tested and revised with the help of 5 students with the dirtiest rooms.

4. Photographs are taken and used on a poster. 5. The poster is reproduced and posted in each hostel

room.6. An implementation schedule and names of checkers

are posted beside each poster.7. Penalties and rewards are added to the

announcement.8. . A weekly record will measure the frequency of
