My Analysis

To make handouts, one should be very careful and conscious in order to come up with an excellent output. The good features of a handout are correctness, specificity, and vividness. A handout should be accurate, specific, and vivid in the sense that it contains precise, definite and correct information so that it could be easily and clearly perceived by the learners. The correctness of a handout should be prioritized to assure it’s free from ambiguity and errors. Since a handout serves as a guide in the thorough discussion of your lesson, you must also make it visually presentable and well-organized.

From the features I have mentioned, all are present in the handout I made because I’m certain that all necessary details and information needed are present I the handout I made.

The features I have mentioned are all present in my handout. Thus, I guess the features that are not present are the features which I don’t know. Those are known to others yet unknown to me.

My Reflections

I haven’t encountered any difficulties in making the handout because the topic I

have chosen is easy for me. I just need to give more emphasis so that the learners will not

misinterpret what to learn. Along with this are the varied activities which I believe best

suited for the topic.

The first tip I can give is that a teacher should see to it that he knows and

understand enough a certain topic. Be sure that you really know the topic well because

you can’t come up with a good handout if you know less about a topic. Second, be

creative and resourceful. Set your creative mind in a good condition so that you can really

think of a creative way to make your handout effective. Find for references that are most

reliable ones. Last, organize well the handout.
