How is the procedure?

• 1. Information and Questions (website, agencies, email, phone, etc)

• 2. Application (fill out our application form with photo)

• 3. Sit in entrance test (Mathematics, English or German)

• 4. Acceptance letter (sent to you or to agency after ca. 4 weeks)

• 5. Payment of fees (within next 4 weeks)

• 6. Letter for embassy + bank confirmation slip (no deposit necessary)

• 7. Make appointment with consulate

• 8. Fingerprint and application for Student’s Visa

• 9. Visa (within ca. 8 weeks)

• 10. Departure

• 11. Arrival 1 week before lectures

• 12. lectures start on middle of October 2015
