WHAT IS FREEDOM CON?

Freedom con is a collaboration between the largest

freedom movements in Israel: The Israeli freedom

movement, Students for liberty Israel, Ayn Rand center

and Freedom for all.

We are planning two conferences in the same location

at the center of Israel. The first is targeting Israelis

from all around the country, and the lectures in this

conference will be mostly in Hebrew.

The second conference is targeting international

students (and other people who are interested) and

will be in English. This conference will have a special

format of presenting the topics: Talk show panels. Each

panel will include 2-3 speakers from different

countries. The discussion will be from a comparative

point of view. the comparison will be between Israel

and other case studies from around the world.

The freedom con is a great opportunity for networking

between all enthusiastic supporters of liberty around

the country and the rest of the world.

Nalaga’at center, “Please Touch” in Hebrew, crowned by The New York Times as “a simple,

universal message, powerfully conveys from the stage”, has established itself as one of

the most innovative theaters in the world, and Israel’s leading cultural sites. Na

Lagaat, a unique, nonprofit center of culture and arts, is a meeting place for deaf,

blind, deaf-blind and the general public. A space where there is an equal dialogue that

promotes the needs and aspirations of every person, in the belief that all human beings

are equal and every person has the right to make his or her contribution to society.

Furthermore, you will be afforded a table at the Liberty Fair

strategic places within and add your materials to the

conference package, which will be handed out to all

Students For Liberty is an organization that supports

liberty. SFL does not dictate the foundations upon

which individuals justify their belief in liberty.

Rather, Students For Liberty embraces the diversity of

justifications for liberty and encourages debate and

discourse on the differing philosophies that underlie

liberty. What Students For Liberty endorses are the

principles that comprise liberty:

one’s life;

- Social freedom to choose how to live one’s life; and
