INTROUDCTIONGrooming : means neat and tidy appearance . its an art of self presentation . good grooming is commonly used to refer to a person appearance . its is made up of personal hygiene , tidy hair , appropriate dressing and includes your looks , body language , communication skill , manner etc.

Types of grooming :-Physical: this is all about skin , hair and personal hygiene.Meta physical: this is all about personality , body language and manners.

TECHNIQUES FOR SKIN CARE : Skin is one of the visible outer part of human body , which plays an important role to defend our body by fighting against micro-organisms , bacteria , weather conditions which may harm the body routine. It has three layers :-Epidermis : outer layer having no blood vessels and nerve endings.Dermis : layer of skin beneath the epidermis that consists of  connective tissue.Hypodermis : It is not part of the skin, and lies below the dermis.

As Its Type Itself Describes It That It Is NormalThe Skin Which Don’t Have Any Colour Variation Throughout It.Oil Excretions On Moderate Level If Not Taken Care Properly It Can Result Black Or White Head.

OILY SKIN

It is oily or greasy in natureThese type of skin also often not well texturedIt is because its pores are wide open which secrets oily liquid from it which in turn shows the shining on it

DRY SKIN

It Has Normally Seen That Dry Skin Show Early Ageing Signs Like Wrinkling Out Of The Skin The Reason For Dryness Is That It Has Very Small Closed Pores.This Skin Needs Extensive Moisturisation.

COMBINATION SKIN

In This Type Of Skin The Skin Shows The Variation Throughout The Certain Parts Of It.Some Of It Parts Show The Dry Or Normal Skin Some Its Part Shows Oily Types Whereas There Are Some Area Which Show Dry Type .As This Type Of Skin Shows Variable Skin Areas It Has To Be Taken Care In Various Ways

I Wash My Face Thrice A Day I Refresh My Skin With Rosewater In Morning .After Washing My Face I Apply Moisturizing Lotion I Use Sunscreen Lotion To Protect My Skin From Harmful Rays Of Sun I Use Peach Scrub On Weekends I Use Face Packs After Scrub

SHAVINGShaving Is The Removal Of Hair, By Using A Razor Or Any Other Kind Of Bladed Implement, To Slice It Down To The Level Of The Skin. Shaving Is Most Commonly Practiced By Men To Remove Their Facial Hair.

Few Shaving Tips :Do Not Jump Out Of Bed And Begin Shaving Straight Away .Wash Your Face, Or Cleanse Using A Facial Scrub To Remove Any Dead Skin And Ensure That You Have Dampened Your Face With Warm Water, Before Starting To Shave.Clean The Razor With Dettol

HAIR CARE REGIMEN

Hair is actually a modified type of skin , hair is formed at the base of hair follicle. A follicle is a structure resembling a pouch that is located below the skin . Hair grows more quickly in summer than in winter and more slowly at night than day.

Taking care of hair that is naturally dry can be quite a task. And what with the unruly frizz that tends to always be a companion of dry hair, not to mention the dull, lifeless look it gives your locks, making it look presentable can give the best of us a harrowing timeCARE FOR DRY HAIR :Use a mild shampoo. Preferably one without a sulfate ingredient.Conditioners are good for dry hair. Use a moisturizing conditioner without fail every single time you shampoo.Don’t shampoo every day. Shampooing your hair everyday can damage your already dry hair a lot more.Oil your hair once a week before you shampoo. Almond oil, olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil are good for dry hair

Keep off the styling stuff as much as you can. Curling irons, hair dryers, straightening irons can all damage your dry hairUse a leave-in conditioner after you wash. Some conditioners will even give a frizz-free look.Rub a few drops of oil on your palm after you wash your hair, and rub it into half dry hair. This can act as a natural frizz removing technique.
