@ The briefing – the night before the event.

No preparation is required.

Teams get ready to start first thing the next day!

On the day – the morningCOLLABORATE:Work in your teams.

Teams are provided with a strategy tool to use.

Get started with the help of UCT Careers Advisors and other prompts.

Ask questions from Strategy, Finance, Marketing and Human Resource experts!

Develop and plan a strategy and presentation.

On the day – the afternoonPRESENT:All teams present their strategy to a panel of experts during round 1.

The panel then selects the winning pitches to progress to round 2.

These teams pitch again.

The winning team from round 2 is crowned FLUX CHAMPIONS!

It’s a win-win! WINNING TEAM:A cash prize of R6, 000 for the winning team.

ALL TEAMS:Develop strategic skills and get noticed!

Chance to win individual prizes!

ALL NETWORK:@ A MINI-CAREER EXPO after the event
