-Amnesty International is a worldwide movement of people who campaign for internationally recognized human rights for all.

-The Edina High School chapter of Amnesty International seeks to:

-help develop a more worldly perspective in Edina students and -spread awareness about worldwide human rights violations

-Through campaigning and international solidarity, Amnesty International inspires people worldwide so we can all work to improve human rights.

The UN suggests that each person needs 20-50 liters of safe freshwater a day to ensure their basic needs for drinking, cooking and cleaning

-Stop buying bottled water, if possible

-Use a reusable bottle. Not only are they eco-friendly, they can save you a lot of money over buying bottled water all the time-Project Earth is selling water bottles for $12 outside

-Dispose of Pharmaceuticals Properly

-The best way to dispose of them is in special bins at pharmacies-Otherwise, dispose of them in the trash instead of our water system
