Who would be the target audience for my thriller?

Our target audience

Are target audience for our thriller will be people between the ages of 15-30. We chose this age range as we believe that is the suitable age range to be entertained by our idea of a school massacre. We also believe that those range of viewers will be mature enough, yet not too old for that type of film.

Secondary Target Audience

Our secondary target audience would be over 30s. This is because even though our primary target audience is 15-30, we believe that people over the age of 30 can still be entertained by our thriller film. This is because over 30s aren’t considered too old to be entertained by our school massacre idea, as if the audience was 45+ then they would possibly not be so interested in watching it.

Why these target audiences are appropriate?

Our primary and secondary audiences are appropriate in the sense that our thriller is based upon a real life event of a high school massacre which featured a teenage male. I believe that our audience would find our thriller engaging and appropriate for their age range.
