Group A: those students NOT turning in a parent-signed early release form.

Group B: those students successfully turning in a completed parent-signed early release form. Students not picked up by 12:10 p.m. will go to the cafeteria. They must be checked out through the office after 12:10 p.m. (It is not necessary to check students out through the office if they have a signed early release form, unless it is after 12:10 p.m.)

*Students with a signed note from a teacher may go to that classroom.

REMINDER:

*Students need to make arrangements for transportation for early release. The office phone will NOT be available for these kinds of arrangements on early release days.

*Early release is only for 11:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday. Students may not check out earlier than 11:50 a.m. on these days.

*Students are not permitted to visit other schools. The other schools will be having regular classes.

*Parents do not need to come inside the building to check students out if an early dismissal form has been signed.

*Arrangements for finals to be taken at any time other than what is scheduled must be cleared through the office (Dr. Lawson’s signature).

*All classes must have a written final.
